Support 504th members Scott and Kory as they organize the fifth annual Legs n Dregs Brewery Marathon!
The marathon will take place on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, with runners setting off at 11:00AM from Parleaux Beer Lab (also the race finish). Runners will stop and drink at the best breweries in New Orleans (full list to be shared closer to race day).
The half marathon will take place on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, with runners setting off around 1:30PM from Skeeta Hawk Brewing and ending at Parleaux Beer Lab.

The 504k brings together fitness, fun, and community while supporting equitable health for youth. We are trying to reclaim our title as the biggest group so we can win the coveted glitter shoe, so be sure to choose the GROUP option when you register and type in The 504th! Group registration is $30 until March 20 (which is $5 cheaper than the individual early bird pricing that ended on February 22). Learn more and register on their website.

POST-MARATHON STATION: Whether you BQ’d, set a new 1/2 Marathon PR or simply enjoyed the sexy pace, be sure to come back to the 504th cheer squad for post-race recovery. There will be Theraguns, foam rollers, and Normatec boots. Come recover and cheer on the rest of the runners. Join us at the intersection of Park Blvd & Government St. Cheer squad and recovery station powered by lululemon.

Our birthday might be on the 7th, but we’re celebrating in style the week of the LA Marathon. Join us for our official Anniversary Celebration at Urban South at 7pm. Make sure to rep the crew and wear your 504th swag! Come for the miles, stay to celebrate the Project Run For It folks before they take on the Louisiana races on Sunday.
If you’ve ever wanted to participate in The Speed Project without heading out into the desert…now’s your chance. Introducing Lap the Lake.
Lap the Lake is a race covering ~150 miles on foot around Lake Pontchartrain. Teams of 5 will race in a relay to complete the course. This is an unsupported race, meaning there are no aid stations. You will need a vehicle or vehicles to pick up/drop off runners and carry supplies. A route will be provided, though you are allowed to take other routes when available.
Rules:
Teams of 5.
All miles must be run on foot and logged through GPS.
Bike support while running is allowed and encouraged.
Obey all traffic regulations.
Do not leave trash on the route. #leavenotrace

There’s nothing scarier than running in New Orleans heat. Luckily, if you spent all summer coming to our Saturday long runs, you’ll be well-prepared for this spooky run. Choose from a half-marathon, 10K, or 5K distance.
If you’ve been itching to run an ultra-marathon right here at home…this is your chance. (Your only chance — this is the sole ultramarathon in New Orleans.) Choose from a 50K, 50-miler, or half-marathon. Learn more and register on their website.
